Delivery.

All items will be posted using DHL and are tracked and insured.

Estimated Delivery Times.

Mainland UK - 1 Day.
Europe - 2 - 3 Business Days.
Rest of the World - 3 - 4 Business Days.

In the unlikely situation your parcel weighs more than our limit, you may be liable for an extra charge. We will contact you via email/telephone in this instance.

Mainland UK  - £5.00

Europe - £12.50

Rest of the World - £20.00

Cancellations.

If you wish to cancel an order placed, this can be done before the order is dispatched only - usually this will be within 24 hours.  The quickest way to do this will be to email info@wholesomelondon.com and the order can be cancelled before payment is processed.

Refunds.

We do not refund on any product bought, unless faulty.  Products may be exchanged only.  Please contact info@wholesomelondon.com with any questions concerning this.

Returns.

Wholesome London will exchange all items returned within 14 days, providing they are unused, in original condition with all original garment tags attached.

Please contact us before returning items.

International customers must mark 'Returned Item' on the packaging.
